How does per-minute overage work?

Each plan includes a monthly bucket of call minutes. Starter includes 1,000 minutes and bills $0.25 per minute after that; Growth includes 3,000 minutes and bills $0.15 per minute after that. Enterprise is custom volume with no overage. You only pay for what you use beyond your plan.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

No lock-in. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than trap you in a contract. Higher-volume brands that want annual terms can talk to us and we'll tailor it.
